Flat rate of $12 on orders below $100.
Free shipping on orders $100 and above.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate of $60 on orders below $300.
Free shipping on orders $300 and above.
Delivery Method
DOMESTIC
All domestic orders delivered by Australia Post. Orders are processed within 24 business hours and delivered between 1-8 business days from the time of shipment. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
PLEASE NOTE: processing time may be longer than 24 hours for made-to-order artworks/products. For such items you can find out the approximate processing time by emailing us at contact@kareemsoliman.com.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE - We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. While our couriers will make every attempt to contact you if you are not present at your nominated address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the safest location possible in the event we can’t reach you. In this instance, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery during normal business hours.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY - Please note that international orders may be subject to local charges. We ship all international orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including AU GST. These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable.
